This is what I take with me, what is keeping me healthy, and what I'm reading.
Whether I am doing pre-run activation or post workout strength work, I never leave home without a resistance band.
I focus primarily on glute and hip strength when using the bands
Stretch, roll, core work, or nap. A mat goes with me everywhere.
